He loved to play lottery tickets, go to casinos and travel. Larson always had a smile on his face and stories to tell. He was a literacy volunteer, a driver for Disabled Veterans of America, a Pine Grove Lion, a Boy Scout leader, and a member of Kiantone Congregational Church. Larry was a founding member of the RSVP Toy Shoppe and recruited many of the volunteers who work there today. For most of his career he worked in operations at United Refining Company. Larson worked in various jobs at MRC Bearings, National Transit Co., and surveyed parts of the Kinzua Dam project. Army and was a proud Vietnam-era veteran serving as an MP in the K9 Corps. He graduated in the first graduating class of Eisenhower High School.
